Private transfer from Madrid to Toledo, Segovia and Valencia

Royal Ride Madrid provides private intercity transfers from Madrid to Toledo, Segovia, Ávila, Valencia, and destinations beyond. Your chauffeur collects you at your door, follows your preferred schedule, waits while you explore, and brings you back in complete comfort. The AVE may reach Toledo or Segovia faster, but our service removes station transfers, taxi queues, luggage handling, and rigid departure times. From pickup to final destination, you travel in one private vehicle with a professional chauffeur dedicated to your journey. For Valencia, the AVE is usually the fastest option—and we will always tell you that honestly. However, when privacy, luggage space, flexible stops, or true door-to-door travel matter more, Royal Ride Madrid remains the more convenient choice.

What a day trip with a chauffeur actually looks like

Our chauffeur collects you from the hotel at whatever hour suits the drive, not a fixed departure board. In Toledo or Segovia, ask to stop at Aranjuez on the way. It costs you nothing but the time you choose to spend there.

Once you're there, our chauffeur parks and waits, or steps away and comes back at the hour you name. Either way nobody is checking a schedule against your visit to the cathedral or the alcázar.

You set the pace. We just drive.

Beyond Madrid, On Your Schedule

Our intercity chauffeur service is not only for sightseeing. Business meetings often take travellers beyond Madrid, and having a chauffeur who already knows the schedule and return time is far easier than renting a car after a long working lunch. Toledo, Segovia, and Ávila all work well for this kind of journey.

For Barcelona or Seville, we provide a custom quote. If the AVE is the better option, we will tell you—but when flexibility and door-to-door comfort matter, Royal Ride Madrid is ready.

For longer journeys to Barcelona or Seville, we provide a custom quote. If the AVE is genuinely faster and more economical, we will tell you. But when privacy, flexibility, luggage space, or door-to-door travel matter more, ask us—we will plan the journey around you.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does an intercity transfer from Madrid cost?
The fare depends on the destination, vehicle class and whether you need a return, and you see the total before you confirm. A metered taxi to somewhere like Valencia can run into the hundreds of euros with no ceiling. A private intercity transfer from Madrid fixes that number in advance.
Is a private transfer faster than the AVE to Toledo or Segovia?
Not on paper. The train takes about half an hour to either city. But both stations sit outside the old towns, so the real door-to-door time, including the walk or the taxi queue at the other end, often comes out close to what a direct car takes.
Are tolls and extra fees included in the price?
Yes. The fare you agree at booking includes any motorway tolls on the route, including the AP-6 toward Segovia. Nothing is added once you're in the car.
Will my chauffeur wait while I visit each city?
Yes. Tell us how long you expect to be, and our chauffeur either waits nearby or steps away and returns at a time you set, whichever suits the day better.
Is this cheaper than a metered taxi for these distances?
Usually, once the trip passes about an hour. Madrid taxis run on a meter outside the fixed airport zone, so a long trip like Valencia can price unpredictably. Royal Ride Madrid agrees the number first.
