Trade first. Public weekend.

FITUR changes character as the week progresses. The first three days are reserved for tourism professionals, while the weekend welcomes both professionals and the public.

20–22 January

The busiest period for stand meetings, institutional visits and commercial appointments. Schedule hotel collection around your first confirmed meeting rather than the official opening alone.

23 January
(10:00–20:00)

Saturday brings a broader audience and a later closing time. Allow for heavier pedestrian movement when arranging afternoon collections.

24 January
(10:00–18:00)

The final day closes earlier. Exhibitors leaving with luggage or materials should confirm vehicle capacity and collection details beforehand.

Madrid-Barajas is close to IFEMA, but an international arrival still means baggage collection, terminal coordination and a decision on whether to go to the hotel first or straight to the exhibition. Planning the Right Arrival for FITUR 2027

Searching "how to get to IFEMA Madrid" produces a venue address, but that's not enough for a well-planned chauffeur journey. IFEMA covers a large exhibition complex with North, South and East approaches. The South Gate is associated with the Feria de Madrid Metro station, while private-car access and parking directions may lead visitors towards another side of the site. For FITUR 2027, the exhibition will also occupy two additional halls.

A delegate attending one meeting in an outer hall should not automatically use the same arrival point as a stand team working elsewhere in the complex.

IFEMA is a large complex with several entrances. Your hall and stand help us select a practical approach and avoid dropping you at the wrong side of the exhibition.
Can our chauffeur collect replacement materials during the fair?
Yes, with an hourly or dedicated booking. The driver can travel to a hotel, office or supplier and return to the agreed IFEMA collection point.
Do you provide transport before the 10:00 public opening?
Yes. We arrange pickup around the time stated on your exhibitor, professional or staff access, not automatically around the visitor opening hour.
Can the chauffeur hold our suitcases while we attend FITUR?
This may be possible when the same vehicle remains assigned to your group. Confirm it in advance and keep passports, laptops and other valuables with you.
Can we book the same transport plan for all five FITUR days?
Yes. A multi-day programme can include different morning pickups, evening venues, passenger lists and closing times for each date.
