SPANISH GRAND PRIX | 11–13 SEPTEMBER 2026 | MADRING

Race Weekend, Handled

Create Your Route

Enter your pickup and drop-off, or book by the hour if you want the car on standby all day. Tell us which grandstand or gate is printed on your ticket. MADRING has an IFEMA side and a Valdebebas side, and they are not the same drop-off.

Book Your Chauffeur

Choose your vehicle: Executive, Business, Van or Minibus for groups up to 16. Book online or message our team directly. Your price is fixed at this point and does not move on race day.

Receive Confirmation

You get instant confirmation with your driver's details and your exact meeting point. If road closures shift the access plan during race week, we update your pickup point and tell you, you don't have to chase us.

F1 Racing Event 2026

RACE WEEK SCHEDULE

The 2026 Spanish Grand Prix runs 11–13 September at MADRING, a 5.4 km hybrid circuit built through IFEMA Madrid and Valdebebas. It sits roughly five minutes from Barajas Airport and twenty from the city centre but proximity is not the same as easy. Parking is not available inside the venue, organisers expect around 90% of fans to arrive by public transport, and MADRING circuit transport works differently on each of the three days.

11 SEPTEMBER
(Practice Day)

Start the weekend with a pre-booked transfer from your hotel, Madrid Airport or another address in the city.

12 SEPTEMBER
(Qualifying Day)

Reserve a scheduled return or keep your chauffeur available if you plan to attend hospitality events after qualifying.

13 SEPTEMBER
(Race Day)

Sunday will bring crowds and pressure on surrounding roads. Arrange your arrival and post-race collection point before travelling.

Madrid Airport to MADRING — Your F1 Airport Transfer

MADRING is about five minutes' drive from Adolfo Suárez Madrid Barajas, one of the shortest airport-to-circuit distances anywhere on the F1 calendar. That closeness creates its own trap: people assume it's simple, land on Friday with three suitcases, and discover the circuit has no re-entry and nowhere to leave a bag. The sequence that actually works is airport → hotel → circuit, and we plan your f1 madrid transfer around that rather than pretending the direct route is clever. Barajas isn't one building either. T1, T2 and T3 share a walkway. T4 sits six kilometres away with its own satellite terminal, T4S and anyone arriving from outside the Schengen zone rides an underground train before they even reach passport control. Most failed airport pickups in Madrid start with that confusion. Your flight number tells us which hall you'll actually walk out of.

F1 Madrid Transfers for Race Weekend

Royal Ride Madrid provides more than a single journey to the circuit. Our F1 Madrid chauffeur service connects Madrid-Barajas Airport, your hotel, MADRING, restaurants, corporate events and your return flight through one coordinated itinerary. Choose an airport-to-hotel transfer, travel directly from Madrid Airport to MADRING, reserve a return journey or keep a private chauffeur assigned to you for a block of hours.

Leaving MADRING can be more difficult than arriving, as tens of thousands of spectators head towards Metro Line 8 and the Cercanías C1 at the same time. Public parking is unavailable inside the venue and a rideshare app cannot guarantee that a vehicle will reach you during the busiest departure window. With Royal Ride Madrid, your chauffeur waits at an agreed authorized location, giving you a clear meeting point and a dependable journey back to your hotel, restaurant or Madrid Airport.

Private Airport Shuttle Booking

Booking your private airport transfer with Royal Ride Madrid is quick and simple. Forget about waiting for airport taxis or crowded buses, our professional chauffeurs make sure your ride is smooth from the airport to your hotel or destination.

We track your flight, help with your luggage, and ensure a relaxing journey in one of our luxury vehicles. Choose the car that suits your travel style, from Business Class sedans to spacious SUVs and Vans.

All our vehicles are kept in perfect condition, clean, and fully air conditioned for your comfort. With fixed prices and no hidden costs, you always know exactly what you’re paying.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there parking at MADRING?
Not inside the venue. Parking around the circuit is limited and largely reserved for event operations, which is why organisers expect around 90% of attendees to arrive by public transport. A private transfer removes the problem entirely, you're dropped at an authorised.
Do I need transport on all three days?
Most people do. Practice, qualifying and race day each need a return trip, which is six legs across the weekend. Booking them together is cheaper and simpler than arranging each one separately and it means the same driver, who already knows your hotel and your gate, handles all three.
Can my chauffeur wait during the race?
Yes. You can reserve an hourly or full-day chauffeur service. The chauffeur waits at an authorized location outside the controlled circuit area and meets you at the agreed collection point. The vehicle cannot remain at an entrance or in a restricted zone.
Can I book a chauffeur by the hour instead of per journey?
Yes. Hourly and full-day chauffeur hire suits anyone combining the circuit with dinners, meetings or hospitality. The car stays with you, waits while you're inside, and moves when you decide to rather than you working backwards from a fixed pickup time you set weeks earlier.
Do you provide vans and minibuses for F1 groups?
Yes. Vehicle options include executive sedans, private vans, Mercedes Sprinters and minibuses for groups of up to 16 passengers. Tell us your group size and luggage requirements so we can recommend a suitable vehicle.
Are your chauffeurs familiar with the roads around MADRING?
Yes. Our professional chauffeurs know the routes around IFEMA, Valdebebas, the M-11 and M-40, and will be briefed on the latest race-week road closures and authorised access points.
How early should I book my MADRING transfer?
Book as soon as your flights, hotel and event dates are known, particularly if you need a van, minibus or full-day chauffeur. You can provide your ticket area later if necessary, and the final collection details can be updated when official access information is released.
