GENERAL PROVISIONS

Royal Ride Madrid (hereinafter referred to as “Royal Ride Madrid” or “RRM”), based in Madrid, Spain, allows users to book premium chauffeur and transportation services through its online platform and integrated mobile applications (collectively referred to as “RRM Tools”).

Royal Ride Madrid provides users with an online booking service that connects them with independent transportation service providers (“TSPs”). Royal Ride Madrid arranges the ride between the user and the TSP but does not directly provide the transportation service itself.

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all agreements made between Royal Ride Madrid and its users regarding the arrangement of chauffeur and transportation services.

Any conflicting user terms are invalid unless expressly approved in writing by Royal Ride Madrid management.

CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP AND CONTRACT CONCLUSION

Contractual Relationship

Royal Ride Madrid acts solely as an intermediary. The actual transportation service is provided by an independent TSP.
Royal Ride Madrid enters into necessary agreements with the TSP on behalf of the user, creating a transport contract that entitles the user to request transportation services directly from the TSP.

Royal Ride Madrid and the user agree only on the arrangement of the transportation service, not its direct performance.

Conclusion of Contract

By submitting a completed booking form through the RRM Tools or booking by phone, the user makes a binding request (“ride request”).
Royal Ride Madrid will confirm receipt of this request by email. The actual contract is established only when Royal Ride Madrid sends a booking confirmation.

After confirmation, the user has the right to claim the transportation service directly from the assigned TSP.

USER REGISTRATION

Users must ensure all information provided during registration or booking is accurate and complete.
Automated registrations or misuse of the RRM Tools are strictly prohibited.
